Policies

No Show: Clients who do not show without cancelling are still responsible for full payment. If payment is not received within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the client will not be allowed to return for future massages.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Other than unforeseen illness, cancelling within 24 hours of appointment will result in 50% of the session rate. Please give me as much notice as you can!

Tipping: It is customary to tip massage therapists 15-20%. This is 100% optional.

Privacy: Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence by this clinic. All client records are kept in a secure place and are not shown to anyone. Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies without your written consent. Records may be surrendered if required by law.

Sexual Harassment: Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, touching of the massage therapist in an inappropriate way, will result in the termination of the massage session and the client will not be allowed to return for future massages. The full fee will be expected.
